The painting on the home page is Still Life with Books by Jan Lievens (c. 1627 - c. 1628). It is part of the collection of paintings from the Rijksmuseum in Amsterdam made freely available for download. The pictures of me are by Mona Caissy and by Miville Tremblay. Other pictures are my own. The mountain view is taken near the summit of the Barrhorn (3610m) in the Swiss Alps. The city view is from downtown Montréal from the Chalet of the Mont Royal.
